The reality of it has begun to settle in.
Lots to do. Lots to say.
Grabbing low hanging fruit. I’m hungry, so clutching at it all, dropping most of it.
Learning not to take life so seriously anymore. I’m sure the dreadlocks had something to do with that. Good man, Johnson.
One of the main structural supports is Nicci Robertson, who got this clock called John ticking (again). Somehow, I can’t say no to this chick! She’s a rebel like me I think, and she’s also got something to say. I like it. She works incredibly hard, says the hard stuff in the room and cuts through the bull in the practiced narrative. Then Nicci said “Write. Now. Send it to me.” I listened. And this was during my pitch.
That was 8 days ago…
Part of the commitment to myself is to be honest with nutrition, go by the clock, and see where the pieces fall.
Did I mention I’m lazy?
Seriously. When you can’t lift your legs off the ground to pull your Palladiums onto your feet because of the stiffness, something’s wrong.
Hear me now. Body to awareness. Awareness to choice. Choice to heal.
So no more moaning if you can fix it.
Session 1 in a set of 6, weekly sessions with Nicci:
Goal: Improve wellbeing and immunity, reduce inflammation, regulate nutritional inputs, including coffee intake.
Another structural support to me is Kjell from The Conversion Guru.
Speaking of 8 days ago. Sink in. That means 8 day/night segments of usable time, not limitless in number for anyone of us, have passed.
From Kjell:
I think we need to discuss the following

Thank you.
Kjell is a legend. He’s invaluable and a resource of get shit done. What he’s busy getting done is turning Johnson’s Post into a legend over the next 6 months.
So there. Building a legend in the description box for both my beautiful, supportive, real agents of change. I see you both. Keep on Pushing Me. I am so grateful to you both.
