Johnson’s Post Saturday Market: Your Guide to 29 August

SATURDAY MARKET Johnsonspos Markie 29 August 2026

A perfect Saturday morning isn't about rushing through a checklist or running standard errands.

It is found when you slow down to take in the details: the rich scent of freshly baked goods straight from the oven, the friendly hum of neighbours catching up over warm cups of coffee, and that sudden, unexpected joy of finding a unique handcrafted piece to take home.

That is exactly the kind of morning waiting for you at Johnson's Post on Saturday, August 29th.Serving as a beloved gathering place on the Garden Route since 1897, our weekly market keeps over a century of local heritage beautifully alive.

Starting at 9:00 AM, community members and travellers come together to wander past tables packed with artisanal small-batch preserves, rich cold-pressed oils, pure local honey, artisanal breads, and crisp, seasonal farm produce-each item proudly made or grown by the passionate creators you will meet in person.
